This will be a climb of Mt. Jefferson, which is the hardest summit in Oregon. Every time I have attempted or summitted this climb the mountain has taken its price.

It's a healthy pack in and a long summit day. The last 300' takes 4-6 hours because of all the protection systems needed. Be ready for a long day and a good night's sleep afterward!
