Hardy Ridge

Activity Notes

We  will meet at the MMC at 8:00AM sharp.  We will carpool out to the Equestrian Trailhead at Beacon Rock State park.  A Discovery Pass is required.

The Hardy Ridge trail takes you through the Backcountry of Beacon Rock State Park.  The trail starts at the Equestrian Trailhead and follows old logging roads up the hill.  It is a strenuous hike.  The hike is a B level hike and is between 8-9 miles with a 2000 ft elevation gain. I like the clockwise route.  When we reach the crest, we will go up from there to Phlox Point if the group  is amenable.  At any rate, we will have lunch with a great view across the Gorge.
