Activity Notes
Join AYM for a hike to Hidden Falls via the Appaloosa Trail! The trail is 8 miles roundtrip with about 1400 ft in elevation gain. The Appaloosa Trail opened in 2021, so it's a relatively new trail. It meanders along creek corridors, old logging roads, and forested paths going gradually uphill until reaching an intersection with the Tarbell Trail. From there it's just a quarter mile to Hidden Falls. We'll have a snack & photo break at the falls before returning the way we came.
