One of the loops located in the Catherine Creek area on the Washington side of the Gorge.
As with all hikes in this area, hikers should be aware of the potential for rattlesnakes, ticks, and poison oak.
Activity Notes
We'll meet at Rock Haven in Gresham for carpooling at 6:45A.M. or you can meet us at Catherine Creek Trailhead at 7:45A.M. I will be looking for at least 2 drivers. Suggested gas/bridge donation will be $14/passenger.
We will also add on the short Catherine Creek Falls hike across the street.

***One of my motivations for leading hikes is to provide opportunities to improve mental and physical health and build community. There's a lot of evidence that spending time outside in nature and socially engaging outside of work is good for the body and mind. Minorities tend to experience more stress, especially in today's political climate. Therefore, I invite all races, ethnicities, genders, sexualities, economic classes, religions, languages, and all other minorities to join me on my hikes!
***This hike will take place on historically Chinook lands. If you would like to help this tribe be federally recognized, they have an active petition!
