We'll depart from the MMC parking lot at 7:30 am or you can meet us at the Grouse Vista trailhead at 8:30. A Washington Discover Pass is required to park at the trailhead. The pass is not sold there but can be purchased online: Discover Pass. Be prepared for wintry conditions with snow on the trail. Microspikes will likely be required. Conditions permitting, those who like will have the option to do the short scramble to the top of Pyramid Rock.

Stats for the hike are 6.5 miles and 2100 feet of elevation gain.

If the road to the trailhead is not clear or the forecast does not call for clear skies for the sweeping view from the top, the hike will be moved to Hamilton Mountain.
