Activity Notes
Archer Mountain is accessed via a network of volunteer-maintained trails a few miles east of Cape Horn. It has the distinction of being the only part of the Washington side of the gorge to burn in the Eagle Creek fire. The hike will cover about 6 miles and 1800 feet of elevation gain. It has some steep, rocky, slippery sections.
We'll carpool from the MMC parking lot departing at 7:30 am or you can meet us at the High Valley Trailhead at 8:15.
