Join me for an easy 4-mile run/walk in Forest Park with the She, They, Us affinity group! We'll be meeting for an out-and-back run up Leif Erikson Drive. The standard pace will be approximately 15:00min/mile -- great for conversation! Faster runners or walkers are welcome to join but must adhere to the leader's directions.
