This steep trail charges up the north face of Silver Star, climbing a significant amount before cresting a viewpoint opposite the summit of Silver Star Mountain. From there, it loses elevation and then climbs to a junction with the Bluff Mountain Trail. From there, you turn right and hike to the summit of Silver Star Mountain.

The most challenging trail to the top of Silver Star! Join us on this steep, but rewarding hike with Fall colors and wonderful (weather dependent) views. About 9 miles and 3850' elevation gain. We will meet at Lucia Falls Park for carpooling, leaving there at 8:30 AM.
