Activity Notes

his is one of 5 hikes we will do on the week of September 9th. Come and camp in the area or drive up and meet us there. We will leave the Cougar Washington Rest Area at 9:30 Hike to a historic lookout point offering panoramic vistas of the volcano and surrounding area.   We will hike through a aa lava filed and up on the mountain through a forested campsite. Out and back Hike is 8 miles and climbs 1700 feet
