Activity Notes

This is a very strenuous and steep hike. I recommend poles, especially for the downhill. We will not be fast   meet at MMC at 7:30 and traihead at 8:15. take I-84 east to exit 35 Keep left at the fork to continue on the Historic Columbia River Highway, then immediately turn right onto NE Frontage Road. In about 2 miles, the parking lot will be on your right.  bring 10 essentials and a first aide kit plenty of water, at least 2 liters and snacks
