South Sister is the highest of the Three Sisters and is located in Central Oregon. This approach is from Green Lakes, and typically involves an overnight at the lakes. The climb is long, but not technical. Outstanding views from the summit.

Activity Notes

South Sister will be our second objective, after completing Broken Top on 9/19.   This is a nice variation from the standard route and may still require crampons and and ice ax, even late in the season.
