Activity Notes

Meet at MMC to carpool and depart by 8:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. start at the equestrian trailhead at Beacon Rock State Park.      We will be heading up the trail to Hardy Ridge.  Lunch will be at Phlox Point, the summit. Hopefully Phlox Point will live up to it's name. Head down past the old "boot rock" trail to the creek.     Lollipop loop, distance 8.1 miles.  Elevation gain 2175 feet. https://www.oregonhikers.org/field_guide/Hardy_Ridge_Loop_Hike IN ORDER TO ACCOMODATE MORE HIKERS,  WE WILL BREAK UP INTO TWO SEPARATE HIKING PARTIES AT THE TRAILHEAD. WASHINGTON DISCOVER PASS REQUIRED FOR PARKING AT THE EQUESTRIAN LOT AT THE TRAILHEAD.
