This climb is for exploring different protection strategies for Mazama teams > 6. We will be trying different approaches to protect the second pitch. The focus will be primarily on safety but we'll be looking at practicality and feasibility. We intend to share our findings with other climb leaders so this is a good opportunity to be a part of that. It's also an opportunity to learn what goes into planning this aspect of a climb. We will meet at 11 am at Rooster Rock State Park. For those interested in a carpool, meet at the MMC no later than 10:15 am. Pitch 1: fixed-line usage: Prusik and personal pro leash.
