Activity Notes
Rain is in the forecast, so how about a short rainy day hike? The trails at Our Lady of Guadalupe Trappist Abbey?about four miles in total, including the 3.5-mile Guadalupe Loop with several smaller trails in between?are maintained by the Trappist monks who reside at the Carlton monestary. The mostly-forested trails take you to a few amazing viewpoints overlooking the Willamette Valley and to a shrine dedicated to the Virgin of Guadalupe. Trailhead is at 9200 NE Abbey Rd, Carlton, OR 97111 Start time may change by an hour based on forecasts. Leader will contact the participants with any proposed changes to the stated itinerary. Carpools may be arranged based on participant interest.Registration is Closed
