This is an B level Mazama Hike that occurs in a non-wilderness area. B level hikes are moderate or more challenging hikes with either less than 15 miles in distance with between 1,500 and 3,000 feet elevation gain or between 8 and 15 miles in distance with less than 1,500 feet of elevation gain.

Activity Notes

We will start at the Equestrian Trailhead at Beacon Rock State Park and hike up to Hardy Ridge.  On our way down, we will take the Bridge Trail across Hardy Creek and then come down the upper Hardy Trail.  The hike should be 9.33 miles with about 1500ft elevation.

We will meet at 8:00AM at the MMC and carpool to Beacon Rock Equestrian Trailhead.  There are bathrooms at the Trailhead.  You will need a Discovery Pass.  There is no cell phone service at the trailhead.
