Activity Notes

This climb involves glacier travel and crevasses, which means it will be both beautiful and require experience with roped travel, self and team arrest, and crevasse rescue.  In addition, it will be a long slog, so being in strong physical shape is both required and will make for a more enjoyable experience. While the climb is scheduled to begin the morning of Friday, June 23rd, you will want to travel the night before, or get up extremely early to make it to the Park Butte Trailhead on Mount Baker for a 9am start.
