Tracy Hill Loop Hike

Middle of February is a perfect time to get out to the eastern Gorge to check out the emerging wildflowers--the grass widows and desert parsley.   This hike starts at the Catherine Creek trail head and heads over to Tracy Hill.  A 6.1 mile "lollipop" loop with 1715 feet elevation gain.    The hike will be a big slower paced than my usual, no more than 2 mph average.  Bring your wildflower book, and phone cameras. https://www.oregonhikers.org/field_guide/Tracy_Hill_Loop_Hike
