Activity Notes
Hike 4/6 of the Conditioner Series will take us back to Forest Park to visit the 2190' of elevation gain over the 9.4 mile Newton Road to Newberry Road loop with the increased 2-2.5 MPH pace from last week. This will be the longest hike of the conditioner series, leaving the remaining 2 hikes to be shorter and higher (read steeper).
