Cosho Peak is one of four consecutive peaks on Ragged Ridge among the 100 highest peaks in Washington (Mesahchie, Katsuk, Kimtah, & Cosho from East to West). It is a dramatic area in the heart of the North Cascades. "No technical rock climbing or serious glacier travel is required for any of these peaks but the terrain is very rough. Come prepared for lots of talus, hours of sidehill traversing, sustained rock scrambling and an occasional snowfield."
