Second Mother Mountain, Mowich Lake

Mother Mountain is a series of peaks that stretches from Mowich Lake to the Carbon River in Mt. Rainier National Park.   Second Mother Mountain is the peak located half-way along the ridge. The climb is usually done as a day climb from Mowich Lake via the west side. Most of the route is off trail requiring good route finding skills.
