This peak is located in Strathcona Provincial Park on Vancouver Island, BC Canada. The south gullies approach on Mt. Colonel Foster ascends snow gullies to a scrambling finish. The summit traverse (rock up to 5.8) continues over rock and snow to three more high points with a possible bivy. See Summitpost link below for more details.
