Mazamas — For the Love of Mountains
Activity Notes
This is a multi climb weekend. We will do Thielsen on Saturday and Bailey on Sunday. These climbs are near Diamond Lake in the Southern Oregon Cascades. Thielsen requires some class 4 climbing on the summit (we will use a fixed rope) and a rappel. Bailey is mostly an alpine hike, with a little scrambling near the summit. Both climbs suitable for new BCEP grads.
We will camp overnight at the Diamond Lake campground.
