Join us for a free informational session about the Mazama Backcountry Ski Touring Course on November 13 at 7 p.m.

This eight-week program is designed for confident resort skiers and riders who want to explore the winter backcountry safely and responsibly. You’ll learn the fundamentals of route planning, avalanche awareness, terrain travel, and decision-making in the mountains — guided by experienced Mazama instructors.

At the info night, we’ll cover course structure, requirements, and what to expect in both classroom and field sessions. You’ll also meet members of the teaching team and have a chance to ask questions.
