We open doors for the sale at 6 PM. The sale runs until 8 PM.

The entire day's schedule is as follows:

12 5 PM: Set up Sales floor and display merchandise

5 6 PM: 2023 BCEP students admitted

6 8 PM: Mazamas members and general public sale

8 PM: Sale ends

8 9 PM: Clean up
