The Obsidian Trail is an out and back limited entry trail in the Three Sisters Wilderness. Features include: Hiking along the Pacific Crest Trail at the western base of the North and Middle Sister; unobstructed view of these peaks and others to the north; wildflowers & berries; obsidian waterfalls, and trekking on and among an abundance of obsidian.

Activity Notes

Obsidian Trail runs along the base of the high Cascades in the Three Sisters Wilderness Area--which given the big snow pack this may mean places of snow along the trail (i.e., dress for a wide-range of weather conditions, and bring microspikes and trekking poles).
