Join Adventurous Young Mazamas for two nights in front of the fireplace at historic Mazama Lodge in Government Camp and two days of snowy adventures on the mountain. We'll have snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the day and hot catered breakfasts and dinners, board games, crafts, sledding and more in the evenings. We can accommodate your dietary needs.

The Lodge is a Mazama treasure and we all need to contribute to taking care of it. We ask all participants to put in an hour of volunteer service while there. Tasks include stacking and splitting firewood, prepping meals, and cleaning. Costs cover lodge fee and food

Activity Notes

Join AYM for a Covid-style version of our annual Winter Weekend! This year, we're hosting a fabulous one-day-only event, with multiple activity options during the day (snowshoeing, XC ski, and AT ski!), followed by a gathering at Mazama Lodge. We'll spend the afternoon sledding, building igloos, playing games, and socializing, followed by dinner provided by the Lodge (with both indoor and outdoor seating options). Please note -- this will not be an overnight event this year. We hope to continue the full weekend tradition in 2023! Vaccinations are required to attend.
