Activity Notes
High quality forest hike just east of Mt Hood. Fifteenmile Creek's counter-clockwise loop will work no matter our weather. The excellent trail is maintained for but little-used by mountain bikers, and the non-plentiful views are of fascinating rock formations rather than distant mountains. Due to Delta, I am not yet encouraging carpools. The roads to the trailhead are paved, and there is no parking fee. Detailed directions--it's a 2 hour drive from Portland--will be available to all who register for this 11.5 mile hike with 1,975 feet elevation gain.| Other Information | |
