This is an Informational session for the upcoming Mazama Bylaws Amendment proposed change. You can check out the Voter Guide here.

This is a time for you to have the opportunity to talk to members of the Bylaws Committee and ask questions, as well as talk to fellow members. There will be no structured program. Drop in anytime between 6:30 and 8:15 p.m. We recommend not arriving after 8:15 as the event is intended to wrap-up at 8:30.

We ask that everyone who plans to attend signs up so that we can have an accurate count so we can prepare our spaces accordingly. We will be following all COVID protocols. Inside, masks must be worn. Outside, masks are not required, but everyone should keep 6-ft of distance despite vaccine status.

We appreciate everyone helping to keep our community safe by adhering to these protocols.
