Activity Notes

This is our second BCEP conditioning hike and skills session.  Because you were all such rock stars on King's last weekend, we're switching to a more challenging and engaging hike.  There is a restroom and plenty of space so we can continue to work on the MMC skills you learned the day before.

There will also be opportunity to work on rappelling and fixed line travel, so bring your necessary climbing gear (see required gear).

Again, be prepared for cold weather so bring everything you need to stay warm and dry, and bring a change of clean clothes for the ride home.
