Activity Notes
This activity was CANCELLED by the hike leader. Ascending White River Canyon on snowshoes by the light of the full moon is magical. If the sky is clear, not only will Mt Hood be dramatically lit, but we can eschew headlamps. Bring them anyway, though, along with full winter gear and at least two pair of gloves, just in case our weather is less than ideal. Oregon (or California or Idaho) Sno-Park permit required on every vehicle. Snowshoes not provided! Please bring your own, sized for your boots, or don't register.| Other Information | |
