Devil's Peak is graced by one of the few forest lookouts not destroyed by the Forest Service in the 1960s and 70s, as the agency shifted to aerial surveillance.

Let's hike up to the old Lookout with great views if we are lucky. Be prepared for poor weather and bring traction devices. Poles recommended. Call leader with questions. 8 miles. 3,200 feet. Drive 84. Meet at Gateway Park & Ride 7:30AM.
