May include any or all of: soft-skills training, technical skills training, revised manufacturer guidance for equipment use, general info relevant to Climb Leaders. All Leadership Development candidates must attend a Leader Update session PRIOR to promotion to Provisional Leader.

This will be a condensed version of the full-day session from December. You won’t have the benefit of the keynote, lunch and the interactive sessions with other climb leaders but we will provide some important updates and other information and you will be granted an updated badge.
