May include any or all of: soft-skills training, technical skills training, revised manufacturer guidance for equipment use, general info relevant to Climb Leaders. All Leadership Development candidates must attend a Leader Update session PRIOR to promotion to Provisional Leader.

Activity Notes

The main purpose of this zoom meeting is to update you on what we know and don't know about changes due to the passing of the new bylaws, and to gather feedback from you as to what you need (or don't need) to move forward on scheduling climbs (or continuing in the Leader Development Program).  Please be prepared with your questions/concerns.

As advertised in the (new) monthly newsletter, this meeting plus watching the recording of the prior leader update (link) will constitute as a recertification of your climb leader: climb leader update badge. 

Everyone will be accepted into the event.
