Mt. Pleasant is situated northwest of Mt. Rainier, overlooking Spray Park. This is an easy climb, suitable for families. Camp at Mowich Lake (a short walk-in), and climb the peak in one day. A good strategy is to drive to Mowich Lake and set up camp the first day, climb the second day, break camp and drive home the 3rd day. The climb follows the trail past the spectacular Spray Falls for 3 miles to Spray Park, then turns north and follows a climber's trail for 0.5 mile to the summit.
