Join the Mazamas for the annual Oregon Archives Crawl and explore this year's theme, Changing Attitudes. Archives document how communities, beliefs, practices, and preferences have changed over the years. Historical records and photos can shed new light on common beliefs or explain how things have happened. With more than 35 organizations participating, you are guaranteed to discover something new!
Start the crawl at any of the three locations: City of Portland Archives & Records Center, the Multnomah County Library's Central Branch, or the Oregon Historical Society. At each location you'll find representatives from archives, special collections, and heritage organizations. All are welcome!
This year the Mazama Library and Historical Collections table will be located in the lobby of the Oregon Historical Society. Mathew Brock, Library & Historical Collections Manager, and volunteers will be on hand to share objects and records from our collection and answer questions.
