Will my vote be anonymous?

Yes, your vote will be anonymous. Each voting member has a unique username and password. One staff person has access to the list of members and usernames in order to distribute login information. This person does not have access to the online ballot and cannot see if a particular person or username has voted. The Nominating Committee has access to the online ballots and opens and inputs paper ballots into the online system. They do not have access to the list of member usernames, and they cannot use the voting site to look up a member name or email address. The voting site only stores username information, not member names or email addresses.

The election is managed by Nominating Committee with assistance from Mazama staff.
