 About the Speaker</strong></p>\n\n<p>Chelsea Tossing is an educator and no
 nprofit leader who believes the best way to find out what you&#39\;re capa
 ble of is to try something you&#39\;re not sure you can do. She is the Exe
 cutive Director of the Mazamas\, a Portland nonprofit that has been helpin
 g people learn to climb and explore the mountains together for more than 1
 30 years. Her path has taken her from public school teaching to outdoor ed
 ucation to leading a mountaineering organization\, and she counts herself 
 incredibly lucky that what she believes most deeply is also what she gets 
 to do for work every day.</p>\n\n<p>From facilitating wilderness programs 
 to embarking on a solo bike ride to Alaska\, Chelsea&#39\;s work&ndash\; a
 nd her life&ndash\; sits at the intersection of risk\, trust\, and wonder.
  Whether she&#39\;s on a bike\, in the mountains\, or&ndash\; these days&n
 dash\; answering a lot of emails about general liability insurance\, Chels
 ea is most interested in helping people find the audacity to try\, the ten
 derness to connect\, and the humility to feel at home in themselves and th
