The affinity group She\, They\, Us is hosting an indoor climbing meet-up on June 12 th at Movement Portland.< /p>\n\n

\n\nOn the second Thursday of every month\, \; we host a \;monthly indoor climb night. \;We meet in the lobby at& nbsp\;6:30pm. All abilities and skill levels are welcome. Make sure to arr ive early if you need to pass a belay test or get a day pass.

\n\nShe\, They\, Us is an inclusive and welcoming community of women\, genderqueer\, and gender non-conforming folx interested in the ou tdoors. We create opportunities for women\, gender non-conforming\, and ge nderqueer people to learn new skills\, hike\, and climb in a safe environm ent. We strive to encourage each other and promote growth in order to buil d a new generation of climbers through mentorship. By supporting each othe r\, we help each other achieve goals outdoors\, feel empowered to try new things\, and grow. We hope to build a supportive network and foster a sens e of belonging for all who participate in our affinity group activities. W e are committed to anti-racism and welcome dialogue about intersectionalit y. Our vision for this affinity group is to offer activities that celebrat e diversity for historically underrepresented gender expressions in the cl imbing and outdoor space. She\, They\, Us is a collaborative space that wi ll continue to evolve and grow\, informing and inspiring each other along a path to further awareness.
