The affinity group She\, They\, Us is hosting an indoor climbing meet-up on Septemb er 11th \;at Portland Rock Gym \;(NE).

\n\nOn the second Thursday of every month\, \;we host a \;monthly indoor climb night. \;We m eet in the lobby at \;6:30pm. All abilities and skill levels are welco me. Make sure to arrive early if you need to pass a belay test or get a da y pass.

\n\nShe\, They\, Us is an inclusive and we lcoming community of women\, genderqueer\, and gender non-conforming folx interested in the outdoors. We create opportunities for women\, gender non -conforming\, and genderqueer people to learn new skills\, hike\, and clim b in a safe environment. We strive to encourage each other and promote gro wth in order to build a new generation of climbers through mentorship. By supporting each other\, we help each other achieve goals outdoors\, feel e mpowered to try new things\, and grow. We hope to build a supportive netwo rk and foster a sense of belonging for all who participate in our affinity group activities. We are committed to anti-racism and welcome dialogue ab out intersectionality. Our vision for this affinity group is to offer acti vities that celebrate diversity for historically underrepresented gender e xpressions in the climbing and outdoor space. She\, They\, Us is a collabo rative space that will continue to evolve and grow\, informing and inspiri ng each other along a path to further awareness.
