The BCEP Navigation is typically an in the field practice sessions for navigation skills learned during a BCEP lecture. This session may be held at Mt. Tabor or another location. See individual class session for location.
Activity Notes
We will meet at Mt. Tabor at Point 1 on this map and work together through these navigation exercises.
Please bring a pen/pencil, clipboard (if you have one), and your compass (not your phone’s compass!)
If you still need to get a compass, please get one with adjustable declination. Here is another less expensive option.
